Same as others. It advertises as a service to help rebuild credit. Receive card and realize that it's a card to puchase items from their outlet store only, which I have never been able to access. Cannot find the site to cancel card, being billed $24.95/mo. Called to cancel and they really give you a hard sell to keep the card and give you MORE credit as well as access to a cash advance of $1500. They have cancelled the card and are refunding the account for 1 months billing fee.
