Was told that they would be able to obtain a loan modification on my cars. They took the money and none of the creditors were called. I agreed to to something with them and they went ahead and did something else.

- Although we're disappointed that you felt it necessary to post fraudulent information about our company/effort, the reality is that we understand that some consumers are simply unwilling to accept that their mistakes are too egregious for their lenders to overlook. The fact that you posted as "anonymous" only confirms that if you are indeed a real customer, you likely received exactly the service you paid for (which included keeping your car without making any payments for months) and are simply unable to manage your money well enough to meet your financial obligations. Far too many times we have seen consumers who have missed several months worth of payments and find themselves several thousands of dollars in delinquency BEFORE they contact us only to expect, for a small percentage of that delinquency, that we are going to work a miracle and if we don't, they want to place the blame for their irresponsibility at our feet. Your problem started when you missed your payments and although we stated very clearly within the contract you signed EXACTLY what our efforts would entail, you still find a way to blame someone else? You're a fraud and the fact that you will not make a more intelligent statement about what transpired than we "took money and didn't do anything" is evident of your inability to comprehend a simple business transaction. No doubt you received an offer but because you were unable to save even a small fee to present to your lender in good faith to give them the confidence necessary to provide assistance when it was you who broke the contract, you want to blame everyone else. How many months did our efforts allow you to drive your car for free? You are probably still driving it without making payments and it's been close to a full year. I'm quite sure there are millions of consumers who would enjoy paying $299 to drive their car for a whole year.
