Bidrack.com is horrible. I had the exact same experience and feel so stupid to think I could win something. I signed up for the "special" 100 bids and 25 bonus. I was supposed to be charged $60 and get 25 bonus bids...they charged me $75 the first time, then 2 days later charged me $49, so I complained and they said they would credit the $49 but never did. They I won a few "bid" packets which I was again charged for on my credit card even though I had purchased the bids to begin with!!! Then more charges began to show up on my card almost every day even when I wasn't online to bid. I called and the "customer line" said there must have been a glitch in their system, and it would be credited. When nothing happened I emailed them and received a reply that there was no glitch in their system. I have since cancelled my credit card because even after a week of not using their site, the charges continued...also filed a report with DE Better Buseiness Offices. Please Please Please don't trust this site. It is a total rip off!!! I signed up June 6, 2011 and starting on June 9 I have been trying to get them to answer my requests for refunds and getting no where with phone calls or emails. I have filed with BB in DE and cancelled my credit card today 6-15-11 because they are still charging it!
