I fell for this deal over the phone and then afterward checked it out and found all the scam warnings so I called my credit card company and told them not to put anything through for Eyepothesis. As expected, they couldn't get my money so had no intention of sending me my 'free trial'. Here is the letter I received from them January 3rd and my reply - enjoy!

My reply:
This is good news for me! I checked and googled your company and realized what a scam you are running. I was told for the $1.03 that I would receive and 8-day trial plus a $50 Visa Gift Card and then I would be billed $79 AFTER receiving the trial offer. This was told to me by "Paul Ext. 2467". After reading about all the people you had scammed I made sure there was no money available on my credit card until I received the trial. Ha! Guess I got you guys!! What I don't understand is why in this day of internet checking that you can legitimize ripping people off like this. Wouldn't it make more sense to treat customers honestly and get a good name, not to be smeared all over the net. Shame on you. I know jobs are hard to find but, really?!?!
