I ordered 2 tablets from this company on black friday. They promised quick shipping and I have yet to receive the merchandise. I have tried calling this company and sending emails at least 6 times. The company never called me back. My account was not charged at first but I cancelled the card used to make the purchase just to be sure. Three weeks later, I saw that the amount was deducted from my account under the card that I used to make the purchase on black friday even though I had cancelled it. I'm not sure how they did it and it can't possibly be legal, so I called my bank to file a complaint and have my money refunded to my account. To this day, I still have not heard from the company and no merchandise. Eglobal Electronics is a fraud and they should be shut down.
