Placed an order for hair care product, credit card was charged. On 12/10/11 sent an e-mail for the status of the order, also received the long two page e-mail about their rights and about how they would charge $50-$100 if we tried to take legal action against the company. Did not receive the order status within the 24-72 hours as indicated on their "legal" e-mail. Sent another order status update e-mail tonight - then I went looking for complaints on internet - wish I would have done that before we placed the order.

- Sorry you're going through that. I would suggest you search under 'Get Jazzed Beauty Supply' on this page, where you will find MULTIPLE complaints. Its the same company as 'International Beauty Supply'. They frequently change their name due to their fraudulent business practices. I am also a victim of this scam. Be advised, you will never receive your order from them.

I guess I was a little luckier. Placed an order on 3/4/12, received confirmation email, but my CC was never charged, and of course product never received. I went to the bank this morning and closed the CC, no telling who collecting those account numbers.
Worldwidebeautystore.com is also part of the scam. All those sites are now gone. -
