I ordered 3 boxes of Clairol Natural Instincts Conditioning Hair Color Kits.
I tried to email a follow-up inquiry to the company. The internet reply was that there was no such email address. The order was placed on 3-2-2012. I received a confirming email that my order was received on 3-2-1012 and would be delivered within 6 weeks. Nothing has been delivered as of today.
