I had searched for an outlet store online for Coach Purses. I came across one and it looked legitimate. It even had the "Secure" payment logos and what not. I chose 2 purses and purchased them without a problem. I was told on the website that I would get a confirmation email with my purchased transaction and my tracking number. The email I received looked like this.

They didn't even use my name, they used my email address. They also didn't state on the website that it would be coming from out of the country so I also had a charge for that. The International Service Fee wasn't much but its still the point that it should have at least been mentioned!

So a site that isn't even the one I visited is the one that took my payment! When you visit www.fashionpay.com it's ALL in CHINESE! The only way to really contact someone is through email, which I did immediately after getting the transaction confirmation (that lacked tracking number) and since I've emailed them 2 other times. I still haven't heard from anyone.

    Three weeks ago I ordered something on the site fashioclhandbags.com. One day later I received a confirmation mail with a content like yours:

    After almost three weeks my purchase still did not arrive.. I tried to contact the seller site but I didn't get any response, then I sent an e-mail to the e-maill address from the confirmation mail ( [email protected]) they mailed me back :
    "Dear friend,
    thank you for your email and I've told the seller your request .
    he's checking your order status now and will response you ASAP.
    best wishes and good luck"

    Did your purchase already arrived or are you still waiting for it ? Because I don't think mine will still arrive ...
