I ordered a couple of clothing items from this company http://www.hollister-outletuk.co.uk/ (an associated company I presume) the completely wrong items arrived today.
I want to return the items and get a full refund, but there seems to be no way of contacting these people.
The items were supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter, so not only are they wrong, but also far too late.
