On Dec. 20th I ordered 3 netbooks for my daughters Christmas. The items were supposed to arrive Saturday the 24th. I have emailed customer support 4 times and left 6 messages. I have yet to get a phone call back and only received 2 automated responses through email. 1st email just gives me a ticket number I am to use in reply and 2nd email only says a representative will be in touch within 24-48 hours. I am now going on 72 hours. This is the first time I have ordered from a web site and in my eagerness I was careless. Please help me to get my money back as I no longer desire to have anything to do with this so called company.
