I ordered two (2) Tablets and Warranty for 2 years, from company on 12/4/11 for my 2 sons for Christmas. I saw that they processed and shipped (95%) of the items the next business day. I checked the order status the following day and realized that the zip code on the order was not correct, so I called the company, on and off for 4 days each time leaving messages about the zip code being incorrect. Started leaving emails 2-3 times a day, nothing for 4 additional days. I started checking around and found out about the problems that everyone was having and called to cancel the order, but couldn't reach anyone. I began to get very upset and called my bank to see if they had charged my account. Luckily they had only authorized the amount and not charged my bank account. I checked with the bank about what to do. They advised me to cancel my card, but additionally because the charge had been authorized they were bound to pay once the charge came through, so they advised me to come in and close my bank account and open a new one. That way even if the charge came through it would not pay, so that's what I did. Interesting thing happened about 10 minutes after I finished my transactions, the bank had a robbery. Crazy. Anyways, I keep monitoring to see if the order ships. According to the Post Office, the item was shipped because I now have a tracking number and it's last stop was in Baltimore, so maybe I'll get it maybe I won't who knows. But I was able to reorder other tablets and I received them in time for Christmas, they were cheaper too. Lesson to self, check the internet to see if there have been any scam reports or false advertising reports before ordering from a company. It's going to be interesting to see if I actually receive the tablets.
