Ordered sample online, like the rest, but received a large size (unrequested) and charged $84.71. On discovering this on my statement, I called from UK to cancel and was told to send product back to an address in West Lothian for a full refund which I did. Subsequently debited $89.66 for no product. They did refund $34.76. I called them a number of times on 02035141398 but the reps always talked over me about terms and conditions then they hung up. Was told the only place to return products was to Atlanta! This company should be flattened.
