I purchased what was supposed to be a $25 Barnes and Noble Gift Card. Savemore took my payment right away then notified me that I would receive a "voucher" which I would need to redeem. Once I followed the instructions to redeem the voucher, I was told that a physical Gift Card would ship, and when it did I would receive email notification. I never got an email notice, and when I tried to contact the customer service numbers, the automated answer system kicked me into voice-mail after about 5 minutes on hold. I left voice mails over a three day period, and my calls were never returned.

I went to their Facebook page and attempted to get the problem resolved, but was blocked from posting after I posted questions about not receiving my gift card.

I have filed complaints with the BBB and the TX Attorney General's Office.
