I made 3 separate purchases from the company and never received them. Contacted them at least 10 times and was always told 3 times that they are working on the problem and I would receive it within 48 hours but finally they stopped responding to my emails. I kept emailing them, as their phone line would put me on hold for 10 minutes then disconnect each time. When they stopped responding to emails I would leave comments on their sale listings on the website saying I needed help and would come back to find it having been deleted after a few minutes each time. $15 wasn't a tremendous amount of money but it was MY money and it sickens me to think of how much they made by cheating a great deal of people out of small amounts of money knowing that most people would just give up or forget about pursuing it because it was such small amounts.
