ordered merchandise on 10/02/2011 and the amount was deducted from my credit card. I have tried to get in touch with them several times by phone and on the internet. received one answer by e mail on 11/07/2011 that it would take another 4 to 6 weeks. still have not received merchandise and cannot get in touch with company.
