First of all ,I was a paid member of LimewirePro an upgraded version of Limewire.com for a few years ,until it was shutdown one day. Then months later I had heard they opened up another site named "Frostwire "which was for the Limewire members to use while Limewire went through a lawsuit. This is the lawsuit they are referring too on iFreeClub.com ,that they supposedly won. A friend of mine that had used Limewire also had mentioned to me that he saw on their Frostwire site ,that they had won their Lawsuit and was getting a large settlement and wanted to share it with their members. So I went to this site called "iFreeClub.com". This site was obviously set up to offer their members a part of their big settlement, with a chance to get 1 or 2 free items out of various items listed on this site. All we had to do was sign up for a membership of iFreeClub.com , file a Settlement Claim Form and pay shipping & handling fees of $19.95 for 1 free item of choice or $39.95 for 2 free items of choice.
So on June 19th 2011, I became a iFreeClub member ,filled out a Settlement Claim form they had on the site and chose the 2 items for $39.95 .When I clicked the tab for 2 items , automaticly a PayPal.com page came up and wanted me to either sign-in or create an account. Having already been a member of PayPal for some time, I proceeded to log-in and paid for the 2 iFreeClub items Shipping & Handling fee of $39.95. Then I was directed back to iFreeClub.com to choose the 2 items.
I chose these 2 items : Panasonic Viera TC-P54VT 54"3D Plasma TV and the : TouchSmart 610 Quad 23"Core i7-870 2.93 GHz Computer. I then proceeded to file the Settlement Claim for these items and was sent a e-mail telling me it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery of said items. That it takes this long for the claim to go through the courts and be authorized by the attorneys and then sent back to iFreeClub.com for the Shipping and handling process, then delivered to my Home address . Then a short time after I was told to log-in and track my order and was told it would be delivered to my address on July 31st ,2011 .I contacted them a few times after that due to hearing a few things from friends like " this sounds to good to be true and them just thinking and telling me I was being scammed". But I didn't want to believe that with the kind of person I am ,I try to believe in people and I hoped this was not the case. Now I feel like such a jerk for trusting and believing this company to be real. I had no reason to think anything other since when I was a member things were ok. I thought they were really being a good company to want to share their settlement with us after we lost money not having there site to use, and after we had paid a 6 month membership. But i was so wrong. Then I also had trouble signing into the site a few times and a couple other problems. So anyway one of the times I contacted them, I got a e-mail response by a James Clarkson, a Customer Service Representative, which seemed to have a bit of an attitude with me for doubting their motives I guess in my e-mail to him ,which I will add to this report.
Then on the 30th of July I contacted iFreeClub by logging into the site and e-mailing them. I needed to know around the time the package would be delivered at my residence the following day . My front door faces a busy street and UPS will not leave packages and I have problems with their notices so since I've lived here i always know when packages are delivered so they won't be sent back. Was told to log-in again and now the Delivery date was postponded for 2 more weeks until August 14th,2011. Needless to say Nothing ever came except an e-mail saying my Settlement Claim had been approved and I had to search some sites and pay something and /or fullfill so sponsor committed obligation and pay to get anything which is outradgous. Some of the sites on there was saying we are not involved with iFreeClub and are not offering anything in this situation.. This is what they offered to us.So again , I never recieved anything . I have e-mailed and tried calling and doing everything I could to find out why I have not received anything and couldn't get a hold of anyone . Haven't gotten one response to any e-mail or returned call. I was obviously scammed and I am so upset . But hurt also, I have never won anything before or been given anything like this before and was so excited and looking forward to getting these items. To be this disappointed and treated this way is just not right to do to people . I think that this company should not only be ordered to give us back our shipping and handling fees ,but should also be ordered to live up to every order for every item we made a Settlement Claim for and if not that, then the dollar value of each item for each person. Maybe this would show this company and others doing this kind of thing to people but especially to their own paying members whose monies for membership went to their site to run it, to begin with. This is just appauling. This is a terrible thing this company has done, they actually set out knowing they were not going to ever send these items, but taking our monies anyway. and justice should be servered. They should be made to live up to every single thing.

Thank You for letting us tell our story, I hope something is done. I have copies to add to this report. Please contact me and I will give you copies of everything . To many to add.
