I found this website as I was searching for Juicy Couture laptop bags. I went to the site; the bags looked beautiful and as such ordered four. I didn't receive a confirmation, so I emailed them. They replied that I could keep track via their site, and included in the email that their bags where "100% authentic". I received my bags in the mail and noticed immediately that the laptop bags where an embarrassment. The quality was less than authentic. It was so obvious, that there was no way I could use these bags or present them to family members as gifts. I emailed them, and received no response. I informed them that they had lied to me and that I was going to file a "class action law suit" against them. I would like to pursue this avenue. I am looking for others who have been scammed by this company. They are also known I suspect by the name of: www.topjersyfactory...or something like: shanghaishi. out of Beljing China. This is what my order receipt states.
