i recieved on e-mail from flexcard program on november 9th about a second chance to rebuild my credit. so i read through everything and even called to see if it was legitament i was told it was. so i paid total of 100 to get a credit line of 2,200. after 10-12 business days i still did not recieve the card. i checked my e-mail and there was an email from the company that i was going to recieve my card between the 1st and 6th of dec. i still did not recieve it in that time. so i tried calling and there phone lines are down and being upgrated. so i emailed them and no reply. when i go to there website a message pops up saying all cards have been processed and sent out. its been well over a month and i still do not have the card....is this really a scam is there anyone out there that has actually recieved a card? i was really counting on the card especially for the holidays

  • This exact things happended to me I am trying to figure out if it is a scam or what. I have never been so mad. I actually talked to someone on the phone right before they started "upgrading their systems". The guy was very apologetic and said the card was on its way but coming from california and that it should be there by the end of the week. Keep in mind I had already received the noticed saying they would be here by the 6th. Still waiting... If anyone knows anything please share with me something I can do!! This is extremely annoying!
