Hey, can I trust evodepot.uk ideas to the world, I ordered 5 I pad 2 64gb 3G , on 12/09/11 payed 1275 GBP , they told me they received the money and ups was closed, they sent my order by glodex.org,,, the company with no phone number, now my order is stock at Cincinnati USA , and evo depot asked me to pay for customs tax of 175 GBP before they could go on with the shipping , I feel that it is a scam, or a fraud , cuz they won't give me phone numbers to the customs, and wont tell me exact location of my order, please advice me what to do , and how to get my money back, or the I pads, thanks today is 12/16/11

  • It's serge... I asked evo depot to fax, or email me the paper work, that they received from customs. This was there answer...

    Because this matter was urgent, we were not provided with a customs tax
    request, but since the shipping was made between a EU state and USA, we've
    read that duties are normal to be demanded at customs, so we are assuming
    that a proper documentation will be handed to you at the receipt.

  • It's Sergey, evodepot.com ideas to the word is a scam, or a fraud, don't buy from them, will loose money, I called customs gave them the traking number, they told me the traking number is to long, and the glodex shipping company does not exist , plus evo depot never picks up the phone, evodepot is a fraud...

  • I think evo depot are scammer. they do not offer other payment methods only T / T. and the prices are too low. 280 € for iphone 4s is unrealistic.

  • Its serge,,, yes I have placed an order on 12/09/2011 I ordered 5 I pads 2, payed 1275GBP , transferred the money, from bank to bank, next day they emailed me saying that the ups was closed at our arrival,we shipped the iPads by glodex.org gave me the tracking number, in 3 days they told me to send them adjectival 175GBP for custom USA tax, and that my order is stuck in customs cincinati, I called the customs, the tracking number turned out to be to long, and customs told me that glodex does not exist, the only 2 shipping companies that go through customs were ups, or DHL. So I lost $2100 and now evo depot does not reply..

  • EvoDepot are undoubtedly scammers. I ordered 15 HTC Wildfire S and 3 Samsung Galaxy S on the 15th October 2011. Since then, I have heard nothing - no response to my emails, no response from Glodex.org (Evo said DHL was closed when my order was received). My loss? £1,909. My contact in all email correspondence was Andrew Whale. I have even driven to the address on their site in Leeds (a 377 mile round trip) only to find they don't exist. Still trying to get my money back, their UK bank account (Halifax Building Society) have been of no help, despite me showing them all correspondence. The police are dealing with things now, hopefully things should get moving.

  • Hi guys sorry to here about your bad look i came across this website when i was looking for a samsung galaxy s2 evo depot had one listed for £275 which i new right away was way to cheap as they retail at around 400/600 when i email them about this i got a responce from (andrew whale) saying this

    The phones are so cheap because we import directly from the manufacturers
