My husband asked what the difference was ordering the delux ones and I wasn't totally sure so the only way to get to that description part on the upgrade info you had to fill out the info and pretend to be ordering which I did, BUT DID NOT HIT ANY PLACE ORDER BUTTON AND I EVEN DELETED MY INFORMATION BEFORE CLOSING THE BROWSER!!! They immediately processed the order and it came very quickly which was strange as the order I did place some time before took quite a while to receive! I called and they said I could keep these additional and they would refund the amt and just charge me $15.00. I told her I don't want these additional ones and wanted a complete refund; she gave me a number to write on the outside of the box (I have to pay for returning them and I never hit ORDER in the first place). Not happy and I hope they will process the refund when they receive the box back! To be safe I am going to send certified with a return receipt so I have proof they received. BE CAREFUL IF YOU GO ON THEIR SITE EVEN TO SEE WHAT IT WOULD COST!!
