They sold me a sample product for $6.00 which never arrived, then took $112.00 from my credit card account 2 weeks later. No product has ever arrived and i want my money back. I have tried to phone them but they disconnected my call.

- your best bet would be the credit card customer service. Call and complain that it is fraudulent and u did not approve. They will connect u to the other party and u tell them u did not approve. Either CC will pay u or the guilty will pay u on the spot. Either way u get ur money back. Most of the CC offer zero liability to customers on fradulent transactions
