Ordered and received 2 products ordered online at a cost of just under £6 each (via facebook advert) mid November, then on 1st Dec £74.95 was taken out of my bank account on my debit card - my bank says the payment was authorised 30th Nov - not by me. Their phone numbers are not recognised. I have emailed and got an automated response, don`t hold out much hope of a real one!
