I was looking for my mother a pair of cheap ugg boots and found this website, I made my purchase and never recieved the boots. I checked my email for a confirmation letter and never recieved one so I returned to the site and tried to log in and it was acting like my password was wrong so I reported my password forgotten and sent it to my email and also never recieved that message for my new password. I am now $162 dollars out, and my mother has no boots. I don't know what to do now. This "company" has all of my debit card info, personal info, address, and telephone number. I am totally screwed. WHAT DO I DO?

- I would say call your bank and tell them to cancel your debit card and not let any transactions through until you get a new card, and/or red flag your account for any unauthorized transactions. Maybe you should close your checking account and reopen it. It may create some challenges because you'll have to change everything that's associated with that account, but better to be safe than sorry.
