Ordered a pair of "Ugg" Classic Short for $79.00, plus $20 shipping. Boots arrived but are not genuine, nor do they fit. (They run smaller than genuine Ugg.) I've been trying to return them but cannot get a response to my messages entered on my account at uggsau.us.
