i ordered a sample pack of hydrofirm and pure collagen 2 months ago i did not read the small print and then found that this firm was deducting the money from my bank account and i had not recieved what they charged me for. i rang the firm in sydney and cancelled the account and today i received a tub of the pure collagen and another direct debit has been taken from my account how do you stop these people from continuing to operate this way
