I've completed the form online. Never accept an agreement. Initial they deducted .05 cents from may account. I called to obtained an explanation, they said to verify if my account was open. Recently, today, I review my bank account online, they deducted $30.00 which cause an overdraft. I called again they said the amount was deducted to verify if my account was open. I informed her I had never had agreed to received a loan from them. She said to call (435)767-9445 and her name is Gloria. Several days ago, a man call from Loan Verification and said I will be arrested for owing over $1,000.00 from pay loan since August 2011 and the attorney fees will be over $9,000.00. They will contact my employer and I should tell my employer. I inform this man, which I could not understand because of his heavy accent, I did not have a pay day loan in August 2011.
