When i signed up for their $1 credit report and credit score nowhere on the site did it say you are signing up for a membership that you would have to cancel or be charged a monthly fee for. I see they have since changed their site and added a small box that has the disclaimer. they don't give you any refund if you call and complain. i will NEVER use experian again for anything EVER!!

If u paid by a credit card you can claim your money from the cc company. They will put u in contact with the fraud party or will refund the money

The same thing happened to me and my husband.
Call 1-866-578-5408. It connects you to a live representative
And they are refunding me my money back for every penny debited
From my account!!! Hope this helps you!!! -
