In November 011 I ordered a SAMPLE OF JUVENEU ANTI-WRINKLE SERUM FIR $ 1.99 WHICH ARRIVED VEERY QUICKLY. 10 DAYS LATER I NOTICED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAT JUVENEU HAD CHARGED ME WITH $ 1.99 PLUS $ 84.75. A FURTER SAMPLE ARRIVED WITH AN ORDER FORM STATING THAT THIS WAS A MONTHLY ORDER. NO SO! I NEVER AUTHORIZED THEM TO CHARGE ANYTHING OTHR THAN THE $ 1.99 FOR THE SAMPLE, WHICH HAS A FAULTY PUMP AND A THICK RESIDUE IN THE BOTTOM THAT WILL NOT MIX WITH THE REST OF THE CONTENTS.
