2 Dec. 2011 This is my 4th letter I am writing. I am very upset about your company . I ordered the trail and the postage money$2.62was taken from my bank acc,on 23 Sept 2011.Till today I haven't receive anything. Then you took on 8 Oct the amount of $112.51 and I still haven't received and I don't want it any more. Please do a refund to my credit card no (Personal Info Removed) in New Zealand. Marie de Walt
