THIS COMPANY ADVERTISED A TRIAL PRODUCT FOR £1.99 AND ANOTHER FOR £4.99 SO I PAID FOR BOTH I ALSO BOUGHT A PRODUCT FOR £19.99 ,THIS WAS ABOUT A MONTH AGO, IN THE 30TH A PARCEL FROM THIS COMPANY WAS DELIVERED TO ME, I DID NOT ORDER THIS ITEM, I PHONED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT CANCEL IT FOR THREE MONTHS, SO I WAS GOING TO HAVE THIS ITEM DELIVERED TO ME FOR THREE MONTH, I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE GOING TO THE NEWSPAPER ABOUT THIS AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEE WHAT SHE COULD DO , THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH I AM A PENSIONER AND CAN,T AFFORD TO LOSE THIS MONEY HOW DARE THEY TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT SO I DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK I AM SO UPSET ABOUT THIS MATTER.
