I too was scammed with this product and they have another one called Essence of Argan with the same deal so I tried both. It was a total of about $6.99 to receive 2 50 ml bottles of each product and the ad was from a CTV interview with before and after pictures so it looked legit. I only received the 1 bottle of Juveneu with no paper work, or receipt of any kind. I never did receive the Essence of Argan stuff at all. It has been about 45 days. I just got my mastercard statement and starting on Oct 13 they charged me, and then the next day I was charged for the Argan product. Then 2 weeks later on the same statement I was charged the same amounts again. No product and 4 total charges in one statement. I called my mastercard company to review all the charges and they are sending me a fraud report, and I hope they will protect me and reverse the charges. When I called the number it says to press 1 - as it's a recording, then you just enter your phone number used and it gives you a cancellation number. Well obviously that doesn't work to have this many charges.
