In September I ordered trial bottle (Over the phone) of this product by paying $1.99 from Sydney Australia.
On 24September this amount was deducted from account but the trial bottle arrived in middle of October2011. No information attached with the sample. Towards the end of October I received my bank Statement showing two payments of $86.80 and $87 something deducted fro my account.
I phoned several times their Sydney number with no result. Most of them seem to have American Accent hard to understand and they keep telling you the Riles and Terms relating to this product.

After few day of trying I spoke to man I could understand and told him for God sake do not tell me the Rules just listen to me. I told him no point every body explaining the Terms now, they should have been explained to me at the time I ordered the bottle over the phone or some papers explaining the term should have been enclosed with the trial Bottle. But they do not listen to you. One girl with American accent told me mam it is 21st Century you should have read the Terms over the Internet.I said every body does not have access to internet and she repeated it is 21st Century now.
I can understand why one will go to Internet It is for the company to explain its Terms and conditions at the time of trial bottle is ordered.

However after explaining the situation to this man he said I will cancel your order now and refund one payment of $86.80. I said so far I have received only one Trial bottle, why I have to pay for that.
NO , no body listens to you so I end up paying $87 for the trail bottle for which I did pay $1.99. All these payments were deducted without my permission. There should be some Law against such Scams. In other words they forced the sale of one Bottle on me.

i am very angry and have in all lost over $100.00 in Australian money as Bank charges few dollars for converting the money to USA money.
