I placed the order for 2 jars of Really Raw honey on Oct.30. My credit card was charged full amount of $49.96 on the same day. I also created website account at the time I placed my order. One week later when I tried to track my order I was not able to log on at all. The website does not recognize my e-mail address and does not give me another option to track my order using my order number I was given on Oct 30. The merchant is totally impossible to get in touch via phone and have not answered my 2 e-mails. At the same time the phone lines are wide open for business to place new orders, but not to track existing orders. One month later I still have not received my order and have not heard from MotherNature.com at all. It looks like this merchant is a crook. Be aware!
