On October 13, 2011 I placed an online order totaling over $112.68 (which they withdrew this money from our account the following day on the 14th of October) with www.mothernature.com. After several months of not receiving my products I tried calling the company, they do no have a customer service number...you have to email through their website...never received a response in any manner. At least monthly I've contacted them online, upset, desperate...but never a response. Back in january 2012 I tricked the order line (which clearly states not to call for refund request) and told them I would love to order something but need my refund first. Chaz who answered my call assured me I would get my refund within 2 work weeks...the company sent me a message on my account on their website stating it would be TWO billing cycles...Its now been almost a YEAR and NOTHING.
