I completed a Trialpay offer advertised on World Golf Tour where you sign up for a William Hill account, deposit £10.00 and recieve 3500 credits for doing so. I contacted Trialpay support who said I should forward the email William Hill sent me as confirmation of my £10.00 deposit. I recieved no such email and contacted William Hill customer services who informed me that they have no such policy of sending out confirmation emails for deposits so what Trialpay asked for connot be obtained therefore making their advertising false. I managed to obtain an email from William Hill confirming my deposit directly from their customer support team and I forwarded this on to Trialpay along with my case number. They have failed to get back to me since and will not answer my emails. I am extremely upset and disappointed by the actions of this company as they have asked me for something they know cannot be obtained whilst I have fully completed their offer leaving me out of pocket. Any advice and help appreciated. Thank you.
