second chance scam when trying to buy a trailer. Western unioned money to NY , NY. Reported scam afterwards and never heard anything back. Received email 2 days ago that looks like it came from western union that wanted personal info from me for a restitution claim from western union ordered by the IMF to people who had been scammed this way . Is this real.

Hi: I was scammed last week by an indivisual. My advise to all who get scammed to file with attorney general, IC3 & local police. Lastly with Western Union and ask them for providing insurance on the transfers for fraud and scams. This way they become more vigilant and hold the receiving companies responsible. When I complaint to Western Union the lady said no body complains to us. If everyone who got scammed complained then they will go after scammers. Thanks
