My wife placed order #424340435301721 9/28/11 for $51.96. On 10/6/11 received confirmation of credit card charged and order accepted and received email offering immediate refund from Mark Thurston from [email protected]. On 10/21/11 sent email request to Mark Thurston by email [email protected]. On 10/24/11 received email refusal to refund along with a long list of jargon stating they would charge re-stoking fees and yet not answering if the order had even been filled or shipped. On 10/30/11 I sent a request that they would please ship the order pr refund our credit card. On 11/2/11 sent email asking for status up date on the order. Asking if it was shipped yet or if they would refund the credit card. It is now 11/4/11 and they have not responded at all. When filling in the request on the web site for order update, we get no information. We have tried emailing [email protected] as well with no response back. They have no phone number to call and they do not answer to email. The will charge your credit card immediately and then not send you your product. This company is a rip off and a fraud!
