I signed up for a free trial in 2009 for a credit check and I never got anything from it. I noticed these payments coming out only just recently and called them - they said I should of cancelled the free trial otherwise it does state that payments will be taken ?? I have never used any of these accounts and they have confirmed this.
Whilst it is not a true scam as scams go it is very misleading and vunruble people like myself get caught out. I am waiting for a rebate of 15 months still - I have also asked them to send me an e mail to confirm this has all been cancelled and the amount they are going to re-bate lets hope they do or I will take it all the way including writting to watch dog. I also have the power to tweet this information to a massive audience. Which I will not hesiate to do.
