they started taking money out of my account from about end of november 2009 this carried on till 20011 i did send emails to them to stop this they never replied the only time they replied wos when atfter my bank who they didnt even stop them, had to change my bankaccount number only then did they contact me , they made my direct debits bounce witch then i oued money to bank its wrong im single mom and they were taken 2 lots of 19 something a month some credits and some rewardsnow sometimes more i asked the bank to help but they didnt care i live in uk sheffield
