Received a phone call from an individual with a heavy Indian accent. Claimed I recieved a payday loan of 300.00.Said I didn't repay. I told him I just accessed my credit report and their was no adverse actions on report. He became very angry and started yelling at me that he would file charges and see me in court. When I started to ask more questions He hung up on me. This is the second time in a month I have received this kind of call. When you tell them you know your rights and what the case number is they hang up. He gave me a number of(Personal Info Removed)
