I received a call from a very aggressive person called Justin from David Harrison Legal Services phone # 855-826-6770 ext 320 stating that he was pursuing criminal charges against me for not paying a Cash Advance Service for a $500 transaction deposited into my account. He had most of my information on my account and was attempting to force me to pay the amount of $690 to get this resolved. When I adamantly refused to pay him the amount he was demanding he transferred me to his "supervisor: Kevin" who was even more aggressive and demanding. I requested proof of the transaction and date so that I could investigate further as I had not had any transactions in the amount he was stating and he refused the information and stated he would see me in court. I informed him to go ahead and proceed with any "civil court" action as there is no charges and I would also pursue criminal harassment and fraudualent collections against their "Firm."
