Through a trusted website I was directed to try this free trial for the HCG Xtreme. You would get a 2 week supply of the drops just for the shipping charge of $4.95. I did read the fine print which says if you do not call them to cancel before the end of the 2 week trial that you will be put on their auto ship program and you will be charged $79.95/month for the monthly shipments. Even though I was out of state at a funeral I made a point of remembering to call them 2 days prior to the end of the 2 week trial to cancel. There was no one there to answer so I left a detailed message and wrote myself a note regarding what time and date of my call to cancel. When I returned home I was shocked to find I still had not received the trial drops yet but had already been charged the next shipment of drops on 8/3 for $79.95 and the very next week got the 2nd shipment which beat the trial box by a week. From then on was my ongoing emails and phone calls dealing with them for refunds, returns, etc. They have both boxes and I am still waiting on the 2nd refund which they said would take up to 30 days after they received the product back. It has been almost 2 months. They definitely are not practicing honest or fair business on the internet.
