I wanted to change my mailing address so I typed in USPS Change of Address into Google
The first google search hit gives you this site that looks like the US Post Office. It collects the same info as the Post Office and your credit card to verify your identity, and then charges you $6.99 for what you typed in (USPS Post Office charges $1.00 to verify your identity only)
A bait and switch scam to steal $5.00 from the unsuspecting!
