I had a $98.00 withdrawal from my checking account on 3/21/2017 and the description was from Skinserumeyecream, and phone # 844-381-0874. I called the number and spoke with someone named Shane (ha ha). After I gave name, address, I asked him what was the 98 charge for. He said I did not cancel the TRIAL WATCH within 14 days they withdrew the money from my account.I did not order anything from the skin serum eye cream. I said a lot of other words also. I want a refund. I got the wait a minute etc. So he came back on the phone and said ok and gave me an RMA number and then I asked where do I send the watch to. He gave me an address (which I looked up) then I was looking at my emails to try and find something to justify this whole ordeal. I saw a email from the [email protected]. Also in the email he gave me another RMA number for "future reference". Good thing I did find another $98.00 charge from my account in 2/22/2017. The description for that one looks like retailstr, retail str. The phone number given on the email for their Customer Service team is (844) 847-4411. The watch I received through the mail on 3/22/2017 has a return address as Fashion In Vogue 118 Park Ave. Building 4, Ste C, #600 Seaford DE 19973 but It was mailed from zip 91352 Also try Luxury Lifestyle.
