Responded to a Cox customer survey and offered "Free" gifts for the cost of shipping. Accepted purse and watch but apparently did not read the fine print well enough. received the items within a week and then $98 was charged to my cc after 14 days. Called customer service # to find out that it was a "try before you buy scam" and I'm stuck with the charges whether I like it or not. I did call customer service a second time and b****ed to the rep and got them to refund 35% of the charge (they said.... I haven't seen the refund on my card yet).
DONT FALL FOR THIS ONE... IT'S WELL DONE AND APPEARS LEGIT.
