I ordered a wedding gown from Lightinthebox as well as a pair of shoes. I returned both as the dress was too big and the shoes too narrow. I ordered a different dress which was too small. I returned this dress and ordered a different size. That was too big! I want my money back immediately. This goes back to June and July! What happened to 7-45 days of a refund. Not to mention the delivery service which was awful. I have spent $15 on shipping charges as well.
Legal action will be taken if this is not resolved.
