I have been a happy customer with your company for over 2 years now. I have always loved my experience with Sprint and have always spoke HIGHLY of your company to everyone that I know. I came to you from your competitor that I was with for 11 years. The ONLY reason I switched was because I was referred by a customer and heard so much about these GREAT unlimited data plans!!! I love the service your company offers since day ONE. I have absolutely no complaints about Sprint’s service or coverage. Unfortunately, these past two weeks SPRINT’s customer service has treated me like absolute SHIT.

I have sat on hold over 20 minutes (twice on my hour lunch break), 6 different times. I was hung up on every single time once the call reached 21 minutes. Once I finally got a representative on the phone they placed me on hold for sooo long (about 9 minutes MAX) which is UNACCEPTABLE! I have worked in customer service/call center environment for many years and I know how important it is to check in on customers after about 2-3 minutes max. I should never have to say “hello, are you there” the representative should check in with me after so many minutes. I just want to explain to someone how I have been treated with this company. Someone that cares of course.

On 1/3/2017 I spoke with a guy named REX. He was the very last person that I talked to on 1/3. After speaking with about 6 different reps that day, chatting on twitter with Sprint care, and going to two different sprint stores in town, Rex assured me that my issue was resolved and my services will not be interrupted as long as a payment of 317$ was made on 1/17/2017. We agreed on that and he even gave me a 20 dollar credit for everything that I went thru that day (so he said).


After the day I had with Sprint, I got off of the phone with Rex reassured and I felt that my needs were met. I even wrote sprint care to make sure it gets to his manager how AWESOME Rex handled my call. ONE DAY LATER, I am UNABLE to make calls, send texts, check emails, run my online business, and check on my mother that was traveling with my small infants.
I called in on 1/5/2017 to see what was going on and of course NO NOTES supporting what Rex did for me. Here I am 24 hours later STILL with no phone. I am disgusted by the way I have been treated. This is VERY unacceptable!!!!!


I would like for this call to be pulled and I want what Rex and I agreed on. If not, I will have to take my money somewhere else. I’m sure that doesn’t mean anything to you because at Sprint customers are not #1 priority anymore. I WILL escalate this as far as I need too and get lawyers involved if I need too because like I mentioned I run a business online and not having a phone on me at all times COSTS ME MONEY!! I will not be inconvenienced, or lied too.
