I was into my online banking and a screen showed up, froze my computer so called the number to this company and it went downhill from there. They removed all my software for viruses etc I had to call back the next day as my printers were not working. fixed So feel so dumb and blindsided and have been working non-stop to fix the damage and redo all passwords etc
