same complaint as the others on your site: they blocked my computer posing as Microsoft and insisted I call 888-5377465 or my computer would be shut down.
Speaking with agent ended in my having to spend 500. to "reinstall" everything. I asked several times how they were associated with Microsoft and did not get a clear answer.
