International boundaries
Rented small wheelchair for 4 days. Only needed for 2 days. Company would not refund half the money back for early return, although they do allow customer to extend rental. I was not informed of policy of no early return, nor did I sign a contract. This transaction was done over the phone. Spoke with the owner of the business. He said all of the scooter companies in Las Vegas have the same policy as he does. Not sure if that is true. Definite rip-off in Las Vegas. Thumbs down.
